Csongor Papp, born in 6th of September 1989 in Sepsiszentgyorgy, Romania. Finished his high school in 2008 at the High School of Arts “ Plugor Sándor” and got admitted to the Transilvania University, Music Faculty in the same year. 
During his high school years won many national competition organised by the Ministry of Education.
 In 2006 won a scholarship for a summer flute course to Lardiers (France) organised by the great flautist Brigitte Buxtorf. During his university years in 2010 won the public prize of the Hungarian Music Festival organised by the Institute of Balassi (Bucharest). 
In the academic year of 2010 - 2011 won a scholarship to the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Malaga (Spain) where he was learning from the flautist Maribel Sanjuan. 
After finishing his university got a teaching position at the High School of Arts “Nagy Istvan” (Csikszereda, Romania) and was actively performing with the local symphonic orchestra as “Csiki Kamara zenekar”. After moving to the UK actively performing for different events and giving flute lessons.

Recording has been made in 2011 for the Hungarian Music Festival where he won the Public Prize  
 Béla Bartók - Suite Paysanne Hongroise for Flute and Piano 
A second recording has been made in 2013 for the Hungarian Music Festival (Bucharest, Romania). Piano part is played by Andrea Kelemen - Puskas
